Health Guarantee

In line with international livestock health standards, we recommend that you have your goat examined by a licensed veterinarian within 10 days of receiving it. If, during this period, a veterinarian determines that the goat has an illness that originated prior to delivery, please contact us immediately.

All of our goats are carefully raised, properly cared for, and health-checked before shipment. We guarantee that each goat is in good health and shows no signs of infection at the time of sale. However, certain factors that influence a goat’s long-term health—such as genetics, diet, environment, exercise, and daily management—are beyond our control once the goat leaves our facility.

If a goat dies within one year from the date of purchase, or is diagnosed within the same period with a serious health disorder that substantially affects its overall well-being, we will replace the goat with another of equal value at no additional cost. To qualify for a replacement, the cause of death or diagnosis must be confirmed by a licensed veterinarian, and a copy of the veterinary report must be emailed to us for review.

We are committed to providing healthy goats and ongoing guidance to support their well-being in your care. To maintain the validity of this health guarantee, we require a copy of your veterinarian’s health examination report within 10 business days of receiving your goat. Your goat will arrive with age-appropriate vaccinations; therefore, additional vaccinations at the time of arrival are not necessary.

Exceptions to This Guarantee

Failure to provide regular veterinary care, proper feeding, or appropriate living conditions will void this health guarantee.

Before shipment, every goat undergoes a full health evaluation by our licensed veterinarian, who issues a comprehensive health report covering cardiovascular, respiratory, gastrointestinal, musculoskeletal, urogenital, skin, eyes, ears, oral, and overall physical condition. This report is completed on the day of shipment to ensure your goat is delivered in the best possible health.
